Clean and organized, friendly staff and even a couple friendly dogs. Supports aftermarket parts for all makes and models even if not sold there. Always end up having a good chat with staff as well.
Went in over the weekend to buy 2 adventure bikes, without talking to me about what I was inquiring about a man came out from the back and said they couldn’t help me. Didn’t offer any other options. They have a good selection but their customer service is sub par at best
Went in to order parts for my bike was told it shouldn’t take long called as I wasn’t getting updates went in 2 months after ordering parts still hadn’t been shipped and refused to refund me when i was able to source the part for myself.
