RecommendedPrecision Pools in Phenix City is a honest and prompt pool company ! I needed repair for pool equipment and Mike did an outstanding and reasonable job !!! I highly recommend this pool company!
Crooks took my money knowing they weren’t going to do any work. I hope they all get years in jail.
Very sad right now was looking forward to getting our pool last year !! we have waited very patiently to just find out Mike precision pools has took our money and can’t be found our Dream pool is now our nightmare cause it was a big down payment that was saved and worked hard for we trusted this company I know God will get him but oh my goodness this hurts !!!!
They never come when they say they are! Gave us misinformation! Call someone else!

Very unprofessional. We have never worked with a company that does not stand by a written contract. We signed April 2018 and as of October 2018 we have no pool. Mike could never be reached over this time period. Which is disturbing as he is the owner. We feel that we were put off on purpose since our pool was not as expensive as other work he was doing. They go by word of mouth - well our word is to not trust them and cancel the contract as we did. We found a business that will stand by their contract.
I’ve held off for years in doing this thinking maybe they would have the professionalism to rectify the situation. 2.5 years ago the wood on the side walls of our pool began to crumble. We called Mike out to take a look and they scheduled the work to be done to fix the problem, they drained the pool and overlaid the bad wood with new wood. We were concerned that the other side would have the same problem but hey decided to only fix the one side since there wasn’t any “evidence” it would.
