We had Precision Pools install our pool and cement area around it 12 years ago. We've been in touch with Rachel and Dennis each year since for openings, closings, etc. Currently they are installing a new liner for us as the original liner finally needed replacing. This family owned business is a delight to work with. Communication is prompt, friendly and proactive. I can't say enough positive things about the entire experience with Precision. From the get go, it felt as though they were as invested in my backyard as I was. Emmett, Rachel, Dennis and the rest of the team were all wonderful to deal with at every stage. Needless to say, my backyard looks amazing!! Would highly recommend!!
