First off, when I called to get a quote, she wouldn't/couldn't give me a price. She stated the techs would have to provide that. (Red flag #1-upsale tactic.) Two techs arrived, flushed the toilet (it was leaking from the base) and right off the bat quoted me $2200 to pull the toilet, use a camera and jet the main line.
