With the aim of healthy aging, I have been attending Precision Physio in Concord, NSW. Kevin (physio) and Hector (exercise physiologist) have worked with me for a few months. I am impressed with their dedication, kindness and professional knowledge. My hips move more freely, my balance has improved and I am stronger. Even more importantly, I have developed the daily habit of exercise at home and I actually enjoy it. A big thank you to Kevin and Hector, you have made a big difference to my life!
