I just had precision pest control come to my house to remove mouse infestation and contaminated insulation in my cellar. Steve and his son were extremley knowlegeable and did a great job, and hepa vacuumed the whole cellar. Barbara, head of internal opperations, was very nice and kind to talk to. Communication and scheduling issues outweigh the effective pest control. The team would show up unannounced and would begin spraying TALSPAR P before my pregnant wife had a chance to vacate the property. The first time this happened, I asked the team to call before service appointments, but they did not. There should have been notes in my file with my requests and circumstance, but they did not have the documentation.
Matt was wonderful to work with. He answered all my questions and eased my concerns. The treatment was completed quickly. Also, the office manager was understanding of my issues and responded accordingly. This whole process was easy and at a reasonable price. I will definitely be using Precision for any of my future “pests” needs. You should too!!
These guys were the best! We had a yellow jacket problem, they were getting into our house. Initially, when I called, they didn’t seem to have anyone that was able to come out same day. A couple minutes later, they called me back and were able to squeeze me in! Steve came out within the hour and took care of the problem. We couldn’t be happier with the service that was provided. Steve was very nice and explained what he did in detail. Also, the price was very fair. Thank you so much for your help!
This company is amazing. Second time they’ve been to our house for two different hives and after our daughter got stung three times yesterday and now our grandson today they came out immediately and took care of it very professional very reasonable and we highly recommend this company.
