Pat and his staff of mechanics are a rare find. After an exorbitant estimate from Toyota, after a scheduled oil change, for one item and 4 other items, we wanted an honest assessment on these items. Mechanic Rob went over the car and then personally showed me his findings. Out of the 5 items listed only one was considered to be a correct assessment. This is why Pat's Precision Performance has been our mechanic for over 20 years �
First of all, they are actually nice and accommodating over the phone. I ran over a curb (like a genius) and the metal bar under the exhaust pipe was bent. They fixed it quickly, didn't charge me, and sent me off with a smile. I guess hammering out a bent piece of metal is not a big deal, but I was just so amazed at how nice these guys are! I'm getting an oil change this week and will for sure be coming back to them. Honest people. Which is hard to find.
