I was very much impressed at first with their work. The one disappointment was that their 'guarantee' is not much of a guarantee and they made excuses that the prior paint on our house causes some of the new paint not to settle well leading to bubbles and cracks. Within 6 months, some of the areas of the house re-cracked and bubbled again and when I contacted their office, they said they could come fix it at a charge. Excellent service across the board! Precision is currently painting our 142 unit condo complex and from day one, they have met or exceeded our expectations.
