Set up an appointment for the next day after my spring broke. Justin called well ahead of my appointment and did a great job of communicating when he’d arrive, all of the options, and what was fixed. He was quick, efficient and very thorough. He even offered to get me a drink from the gas station on his way to my appointment. You don’t see that kind of customer service anymore. Highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs.
Made an appointment Friday night and Quinn was out Saturday morning. Options for fixing issues were presented pressure free and technician did a great job with repair. Highly recommend
James was great. He gave us an estimate and came out and did the work 2 days later. He was quick, polite and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend them.
My spring broke on Tuesday and I needed it fixes asap. I was able to navigate their website easily and schedule an appointment before I needed to go to work the next day. Very pleased with the quality of work done
