Precision was great! Justin came out right on time and offered us multiple options to fit within our budget. Our garage door was fixed one day after calling!
Great service and complete work in a timely professional manner
Christopher was proactive in letting me know when he would arrive and he was very professional. He explained the options on fixing my garage door and made it very understandable so I could make an informed decision. Once I decided on the option I wanted. Chris installed the new components in a timely manner and left my garage in clean shape with a smooth operating garage door opener.
The Attendants explained the situation concerning my garage door well simple enough to understand which was appreciated. VERY PLEASANT.
We had a spring break on us right after vacation, and knew some of our garage door facets were older as well. John was wonderful, and did a great job explaining everything and did great work on both of our doors. We will keep Precision in mind for any future garage door issues and highly recommend them.
