Kevin is the best service person I have ever worked with. He called to introduce himself, arrived on time and within a couple of hours he solved my garage door issue. I highly recommend
My call was solely for a broken spring replacement. The cost for one spring (you need 2) is $465 and the company says their products are more superior than their competitors and last longer and are unique to them. Fine but you can still get it cheaper. Service call is $145 which was not told to me up front. I was later refunded this amount however the first refund was the wrong amount and the second came a few days later.
