Technichian arrived as scheduled. Asked a few questions about my garage door and assesed my issue, shared some potential issues and recomendations. He was curtious, respectful and professional, which was expected and the speed of the work is the main reason for this high rating... I was aware that my opener or garage motor may need a replacement. I selected the entry level or "good" option as it was at the top of my budget ($1500).
Chris did an amazing job. He was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive when I had questions. We love our new door openers.
The extension spring system for my garage door failed. After procrastinating for a month, I booked an appointment online. It was very easy, and they had several same-day appointments available. Jimmy was assigned to my case. His previous appointment wrapped up faster than he anticipated. Service Tech Jimmy called and arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment. Jimmy was very friendly, professional and informative, providing all my options for a new garage door lift motor as mine finally failed after 21 years. He had the old one removed and the new one up and running in no time at all. The work area was spotless after installation and the old unit with rail was loaded into his work vehicle for disposal.
