Joe and Brian were overwhelmingly professional and efficient. The install was quicker than projected. Very clean and couldn't be happier with the finished product. The technicians took the time to explain everything aspect of my newly installed garage door system. I would recommend precision to any and all as a direct result of my experience with Brian and Joe!
Exceptional service
The tech, Rob, arrived early after calling me to ask permission. He fixed the problem quickly but explained my door opener was beginning to fail-which I knew to be true as it was 26 years old but he did say I could get another 1-2 years out of it. There was no hard sell. I did end up replacing the old unit and Rob did the work efficiently and well. He left the area spotless. This is the second time I have called them and I was really impressed both times.
Expert service. Highly professional. Shane repaired my door in a timely manner. He was highly knowledgeable and experienced.
The service man was on time, courteous, and helpful.
