Man, these guys are great! My garage door was broken on a Friday evening and a technician by the name of Harry came out early on a Saturday morning and fixed it right up. I have nothing to say but thank you. Harry was very nice and answered and explained everything he was doing. He was very professional had a great attitude and did great work.
This is the third time Precision has serviced my garage door. The previous two times were in 2015 and 2021. Clearly, I was already happy with their work. The technician came, scoped out the job, and finished the work. I intend to use their services in the future.
My door took a few weeks to come in due to being a special color and size. Everything came in early and as ordered with no issues. The installers arrived, removed my old door that had a broken spring, panel, hinges and window (yikes!) and installed a whole door and system. It is so much quieter and the fit and finish of everything looks great. They also communicated thru the entire process, set up all of the openers and cleaned everything up before leaving. Quality all the way thru.
Quality and professional service from Precision Overhead Garage Service. The day after we made a call a service tech came and completed a thorough inspection on what needed to be done. The price was fair and the service tech (Rich) had completed the work in 1-1/2 hours. This door never ran better even when it was new. Thanks to Jordan and Rich. Great company.
