Wow! Wow! Wow! Awesome service by this team of professionals at Precision. Our lift spring snapped on a Saturday morning and even though I’m DIY’r, that type of repair needs experience, not a YouTube video. The scheduling online was easy and they were able to come out the same day. The company kept me updated as to their arrival and were on time. Tripp was our initial tech. 7/27/2026 Great service again! The gentleman that came out today to service our door was great! Thank you for always being there for your customers. Earlier review... Alan came out today to give us an estimate for a new motor for our garage door. Although, this was only an estimate, with no guarantee we would purchase, he was fair and honest!
