Purchased the Marantech garage door opener being touted by their sales rep and a garage door. A year and a half later, the thing goes haywire. 5 service calls later (and 2 different diagnoses by their techs, all of whom don't care for that particular opener), finally get it fixed, only to find that the much-lauded warranty only covers parts, and the fee for the service call doesn't apply to the labor cost.
