I need to update my review. First, the children's side closed down with no phone calls, etc. I'm being told that an email was sent, but I surely can't find it. So, I needed to find my children a new provider. This was (and still is) quite an upheaval. Now for the bigger issue. My husband has had considerable work done at Precision on Perry Hwy. My two sons had their first dental experience with this practice and it was fine overall. The dentist was nice enough and the office was clean. The front desk staff was friendly. Months later (in September), my 4 year old knocked his front tooth loose on a Friday morning. I called and selected the option for the “emergency line” and no one called me back all afternoon (and what’s possibly worse is that no one called to check up on him the following week either). I can not say enough good things about this office! The kindness. The compassion. The cleanliness, etc, is second to none. From the time you enter the building until the time you leave, you feel truly cared for!
Dr. Joseph was extremely accommodating and made sure my little guy was relaxed and happy for his procedure.
