I was given a referral to Precision Oral for an extraction. Like many others, I have experienced extreme trauma and have severe anxiety and fear about ANY dental work, even a what most would say is a simple cleaning. Everyone was absolutely wonderful through the entire procedure from our surgery to post!
I was referred to this place, saw them September 21st Monday morning and discussed removing my wisdom teeth as well as 3 broken teeth. After my visit Monday I was excited to return on September 24th Thursday (today) and upon showing up for my appointment I was told by the desk lady that she cannot send me back until I pay for the operation.
