I went in today as a walk in patient and they pretty much took me straight back. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

They were very thorough with their examination for my husband and I both who went there for the 1st time. I was diagnosed with cataracts in both eyes & Dr. Garcia took every step to explain in details about what the next step was to take with the surgery procedure that needs to be done. My husband and I walked out of there saying "we now have 2 great eye Dr's caring for us both". We're very satisfied to the maximum amount for their caring staff as well. Thank you!
Dr Timothy & Jeannie Ross of Precision Optical are two of the most honest, caring and skilled people in the eye care business who love the Lord. They are on the cutting edge of diagnostics, and treatment...when our daughter was being seen by a neurologist as a teen, they had the imaging capability that he needed for regular monitoring of her diagnosis. I recommend them without reservation!!! (Somehow the rating got separated from the comment so here it is together.)
I’ve been a patient for 22 years. Cheated and went to a doc in the box since they advertised late appts. I was told I needed a torric lense for one eye that as painful and I could see it. After going back and being put in a different brand I was still having trouble. After 6 months of trying to get used to the lense I finally called precision and explained my cheating dilemma. I think the service is great specially with old people like me. I was there today and Ms. Marquita took care of all my requirements. She is an excellent employed also she has a great personality and has the patient to deal with the customer. I really recommend Precision Optical to everybody that want to be treated with respect.
