Dr. Garcia was amazing and took his time to ensure that my eyes were exactly where they needed to be prescription wise. Mrs. Lisa also never fails to put me in some rocking lenses at a good price! Such sweet people and a very sweet facility. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you Precision Optical!
Great customer service. My daughter and I both had appointments this week and everyone was so friendly. Scott is wonderful, as always. He always makes sure everything is perfect, even if it takes multiple tries.

Military families beware!!! So I got my eye exam completed a few months ago and of course we PCS to a new state and I needed my prescription emailed over so I can order a new pair of glasses. The lady informed me the only way I could get my was through Fax... she refused to send them through email or even mail. Then the manager confirmed that they would be sending them to my email and here I am almost 48 hours awaiting this email. Guess what it never showed. Called the get a new patient appointment at 9:30, was scheduled for 10:30 same day. I actually saw the Dr at that time! Came out of the exam to get a consultation, new pair of glasses and new pair of sunglasses. All done by 11:30. Everyone from the receptionist when I called, to the greeting when I walked in, the assistants, the Dr., and especially the lovely Mrs. Lisa who helped me find cute frames with a vibrant personality totally made my day today. Can't wait to come back! Thank you all so much.
