Do NOT go here. You can NOT pay online and billing department sucks. I send my payment by mail, card got declined (HSA thought it was a scam). I then sent my other card over phone. It NEVER got sent over to billing. Now I have to send ANOTHER payment by mail. Billing SUCKS, let people pay online. It's not the 1900s...

This review has everything to do with the billing department. I was NOT charged my co pay at the time of service. I received a call from the billing department and asked if I can make two payments. I authorized them to take the half of the payment back in February, only for me to get bill in the mail for the full amount, and my card had never been charged.
