Imagine letting the receptionist know you have arrived for your scheduled appointment and standing for 15 minutes while she ignores you and tends to every and anything else. She blatantly attended to other patients who arrived after me and wasted my time before I had to call for her attention again. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour.
Went to Dr. Saha today and I was frankly appalled at his attitude and the state of the clinic. He took his break at the same time as my appointment and we proceeded to wait an additional hour. If you're not going to respect appointment times then don't make appointments. I needed help with redressing a wound and he started berating me for not seeing my family doctor. He said some things about how he doesn't currently know how to help because he doesn't know the situation or what my family doctor did. My family doctor is not ... read more
We have out family doctor here Dr Sadiku who is our favourite doctor ever! Very helpful and knowledgeable. And everyone who is working at this clinic is just awesome. John is doing the best blood work, so gentle and patient. Highly recommend Precision Medical Center!
This place is fantastic!
Extremely unsafe and disappointing experience. I was hospitalized after an improperly administered injection that led me to the emergency room. I have also had my vials lost multiple times, and my treatment records repeatedly mishandled. The receptionist has been consistently disrespectful and obstructive repeatedly refusing to relay messages to the doctor and blocking access to scheduled care.
