I have had an incredibly frustrating experience here. I'm giving 2 stars only because my experience with Dr. Saha was pleasant, however I can't say the same for other staff, who seem to be very disorganized and unconcerned with patients. I had initial blood testing done here and got a referral to a specialist. Once I saw the specialist, I was supposed to get a second referral from Dr. Saha, however the report from the specialist "was not received" by the reception staff - not that they told me that until I went in for a foll... read more
My daughter had an online consultation with a psychiatrist who indicated she would prescribe medication to help manage my daughter's anxiety. However, after the consultation she stopped responding — the prescription was never sent and none of my emails were answered. I also attempted to contact Dr. Sadiku to arrange another appointment, but unfortunately I never received any follow-up from him either. Legit. Great experience. The meet and greet went better than expected. Ottawa is lucky to have Dr. Sadiku! He truly listened and cared about what I had to say. He gave me all the proper forms I required to join his practice and transfer my medical file. The clinic is well managed. The front staff was helpful and professional.
