Absolutely garbage experience. We booked an appointment for walk in online and still had to wait 2 hours with a sick crying baby. What is the point of online appointment booked hours in advance if everyone who is actually walking in goes before u anyways?? Especially for a baby.
My experience with the office administration at this medical practice has been completely unacceptable. I want to be clear that my concerns are not with my doctor or the medical care I have received, but with the communication and follow-up from the office staff. Repeated phone calls are not answered, messages are not returned, and emails go without response. My doctor left this clinic and no one updated me When i came they said shes been gone and you dont have a doctor no more They booked me for walk in Then canceled my appointment the day of an hr before my appointment I tried to rebook my appointment but no one has answered or emailed me back Also on google it shows that they’re open But no one is here and doors are closed. Email was sent over to me after the complaint i made this month
Does not open on time on weekends. It says 9 am but they show up when they feel like it.
