Great service! Above and beyond the call of duty for Tom of Precision Mech. He visited our house multiple times within a week to diagnose our furnace troubles, and called each day to see how it was working. After replacing 3 2 different parts, he was finally able to pinpoint what was causing our short-cycling, fixed it and charged us just for the part. We promptly doubled his payment ($100+ for 5 days of work) and am looking forward to working with him to install a new furnace in the future.
