“Fast service security and value” they live up to their slogan. I called them for a quote to get new car keys and the customer service over the phone was top tier. When I got there the service was awesome I sat down and thought I’d be waiting for a while but less than 10 mins later I had perfect new car keys. I’d say don’t waste your time going anywhere else but here. The price was great and the technician got it done with no issues.
I needed some work done at my house and they sent out Glen, Charlie, and Kam. These guys were tremendous. They worked hard, went the extra mile, great attitude, and made sure I knew what they were doing and that I knew how to make the lock work correctly without talking down to me. They did run into some problems but there were no tempers or raised voices. They worked it out quickly and professionally. They are a great trio!
Was trying to schedule for a door replacement and was told to take my business elsewhere because the man on the phone didn’t understand the conversation apparently. So I did. Will never go back to this business.
Unlocked my truck and programmed a new key for me where it sat. I appreciate the nice touch of including a door key to go with the fob key I had purchased. Professional and friendly in every way.
I came in with a broken motorcycle key. One half of it was stuck inside of my fuel cap. Took them about ten minutes to get the broken key out, and make a copy of it despite it being snapped in half, and also a bit bent. Tested the key and it works perfect. Amazing service.
