Update: I went back to get an additional key made for my car last week and they took a very long time to cut it. When the guy was done he tried to charge me $67. I was in shock because a year ago it was only $10 and this time I even supplied the key. He ended up reducing the price to about $30. When I got home I noticed that the key fob that was attached to my key had been hot glued together and it was missing a screw that held it together originally. “Fast service security and value” they live up to their slogan. I called them for a quote to get new car keys and the customer service over the phone was top tier. When I got there the service was awesome I sat down and thought I’d be waiting for a while but less than 10 mins later I had perfect new car keys. I’d say don’t waste your time going anywhere else but here. The price was great and the technician got it done with no issues.
I needed some work done at my house and they sent out Glen, Charlie, and Kam. These guys were tremendous. They worked hard, went the extra mile, great attitude, and made sure I knew what they were doing and that I knew how to make the lock work correctly without talking down to me. They did run into some problems but there were no tempers or raised voices. They worked it out quickly and professionally. They are a great trio!
Was trying to schedule for a door replacement and was told to take my business elsewhere because the man on the phone didn’t understand the conversation apparently. So I did. Will never go back to this business.
