Stand behind their work - They worked on my house after getting approved for a renovation loan. Almost all of the work they have done had to be redone within two years because it all started falling apart, or the problem resurfaced. This company almost made me regret purchasing a home - They took (what should have been) an enjoyable experience and turned it into a nightmare. If that was their area of profession, then I would have given them five stars.
