Precision Home Inspection was recommended by a friend and I am so glad we chose them for our inspection. They were very professional and thorough. We thought we had found our dream home but Precision’s inspection kept us from buying a home that could potentially have cost us thousands of dollars in repairs to the foundation. We’re disappointed that we had to walk away from buying the house but so thankful that we had the inspection that prevented us from buying a house that could have been a money pit.
