$3,000 for a garage door that doesn't touch the ground. In addition, a white bar was installed behind the windows which was not properly explained. Aesthetically, I would have NEVER choose this garage door if Precision would have mentioned the "white bar" during our consolation. This qualifies as a complete and job well done on their end.

I had a great experience with Bill A****** this morning from Precision Overhead Garage Door. I called for service yesterday and he was here right on schedule today. He walked me through the options, explained why the door broke, and went above and beyond in his service. He even helped me program my garage door opener which hasn't worked in a while. Service was exactly as described and he was very nice, too. Price was competitive with other companies. I would definitely recommend Bill and Precision Overhead in the future.

Crooks, told me garage need repairs of 700+, the service man scared my tenant, telling her not to use the garage after I told him not to talk to her. I had 2 other companies come out they said nothing was wrong with the door and if it was to be fixed it would cost 200-300. How they are in business Is crazy
