They have replaced the same part on our heating unit 3 times. By the 3rd time, the unit was no longer under warranty. They went to our house 3 times! We called on Fri. & they went there that day, then again Sat. & again Mon. We ended up with a \$400 bill & they refuse to say they were at fault! They should have fixed it the first time! Terrible, will never use them again.
