Ben was very prompt with a quote and kept up consistent communication throughout the process of figuring out which unit would best fit my needs and logistics for installation. I think I got a very reasonable price for his service's and the mini split unit he installed. Cheap labor isn't good and good labor isn't cheap. I am happy to have spent what I did for what I got and would recommend Ben to anyone who needs HVAC services.
Our 25-year-old furnace was about to die. So, we had Ben from Precision come out to help us choose, purchase, and install a heat pump and improve our duct system so we have better air flow in some of our larger rooms. I can highly recommend Precision Heating. Ben replaced a very old heater with a high output, high efficiency unit. It heats the home quickly and evenly. He expanded the ductwork so there are now registers in a large addition that previously had no heat. I like the heater, I like the installation/retrofit, and I enjoyed my communication with Ben from start to finish.

I recently hired Ben to replace an old furnace. He had a new one installed within 2 weeks of us contacting him. His prices are quite competitive, we were able to afford to get an air cleaner added to the proposal that does a fantastic job. Polite, professional, and fun to work with.
