we bought a new hvac system from precision heating and air a year ago and I really regret giving them any money. the salesmen took advantage of us from the start, they lied to us to force us to pay for an expensive unit saying it was the only option with how our home was set up (we were later told that was untrue by other companies), they tacked other things to the total that werent clearly explained and very hard to read in the salesmans hand writing. our unit has broken twice since then leaving us with no ac in the dead of... read more
I loved the technician he was professional from the start. He explained what he was doing, what he found, what he did to check out my system and how he planned to repair it and the cost. He made the needed repair and adjusted the air handler setting. Then he made sure I was satisfied with how the system was running and made the invoice. I am very happy.
Jordan came in and found the issue with our A/C. He was thorough with fixing the leak and ensured that the A/C back up and running. He was a great service technician!

We had an entire system installed by Precision-condenser, air handler, ducts, vents and insulation. The entire process was top notch. Sam explained exactly what would happen and the installers, Alex and Jose, told us every morning what they would be doing. The guys were so respectful and introduced all the people who came to assist whether it was an electrician or their boss, which made us feel great to know who was in our home.
