My air went out so I called to have it looked at and they told me it would be a week before I get serviced. When my appointment date arrived, no one showed. I called and was told they tried to reach out to me but had no missed calls. They came the next day and changed the capacitor. Two weeks later it goes out again. Would not recommend anyone to go here unless you want to waste your money and sit in a hot house for a week. Save your time and money and go to Tradesman Services!
Had called them for services, the lady disconnected my call, called again, again she disconnected, on 3rd time i asked why she is disconnecting, she said she doesn't understand what i want so instead of asking questions, she'll disconnect, & disconnected again. if this is how your staff talks then all the best, i'll pay double to someone who knows how to talk rather than paying a penny to such people. Absolute disgrace.
