Had a brand new system put in by them had several issues of it shutting off just out of the blue and when I called them this morning, the answer I got is we can’t help you our service technician is out of the area and not sure when we can get to you and we didn’t make the unit and not sure when we could get around to helping you!! So now I guess we’re stuck with a shitty unit that they don’t want service would not recommend!! Their service and their PR pretty much sucks!!
My unit was installed In January. Not installed properly. Leaking in floor and ruined my flooring. They refused to even check it out. Terrible terrible service and the rudest people that I have ever dealt. I sorely regret dealing with these people. I feel that don’t care about anything but getting your money and running
We built a new house. We had several HVAC companies quote. Precision was the lowest. Little did we know they were the lowest because they put in an open air return. That's short for CHEAP! They could see on the house plan the system is in the John Deere room. Where I park my mower weed eater four wheeler and other outdoor equipment. Everytime I mow it sucks in the cut grass smell and blows it all through the house. Now we are having to pay someone another $2800 to install return air ducts. I called them up looking for a piece of equipment for my HVAC. The lady on the phone was very rude, so I went to Winair and got what I needed.
