My unit was installed In January. Not installed properly. Leaking in floor and ruined my flooring. They refused to even check it out. Terrible terrible service and the rudest people that I have ever dealt. I sorely regret dealing with these people. I feel that don’t care about anything but getting your money and running
We built a new house. We had several HVAC companies quote. Precision was the lowest. Little did we know they were the lowest because they put in an open air return. That's short for CHEAP! They could see on the house plan the system is in the John Deere room. Where I park my mower weed eater four wheeler and other outdoor equipment. Everytime I mow it sucks in the cut grass smell and blows it all through the house. Now we are having to pay someone another $2800 to install return air ducts.
