Had called them for services, the lady disconnected my call, called again, again she disconnected, on 3rd time i asked why she is disconnecting, she said she doesn't understand what i want so instead of asking questions, she'll disconnect, & disconnected again. if this is how your staff talks then all the best, i'll pay double to someone who knows how to talk rather than paying a penny to such people. Absolute disgrace.

Had a brand new system put in by them had several issues of it shutting off just out of the blue and when I called them this morning, the answer I got is we can’t help you our service technician is out of the area and not sure when we can get to you and we didn’t make the unit and not sure when we could get around to helping you!! So now I guess we’re stuck with a shitty unit that they don’t want service would not recommend!! Their service and their PR pretty much sucks!!
