Providers are excellent. They get 5/5. Front desk gets two stars deducted. Unorganized and clearly they lack prior experience to handling front desk tasks. If they leave you on hold for over 10 mins, just hang up and call back. Chances are they’ve forgotten about your call.

I love this medical office. They have the best system to be seen by a physician: first come first serve. This is awesome as many of their patients are elderly; and I believe an elderly person who is sick should be seen right away and not have to wait. I usually aim to arrive at 9:00 a.m. when they open and I’m usually seen immediately. The longest I’ve ever had to wait was maybe an hour. Everyone that works here is pretty helpful and efficient.
