Frank seems like a nice guy which makes doing business easier. He took my squished gold ring and straightened it out and polished it. I know there was more to it, but I was more impressed by his genuine concern. He really wants to make sure he does a good job and that's after a lot of years of business. Go get your jewelry fixed by him and see what I mean.
