We hired Precision Glasswork to install a shower door on an existing glass shower enclosure which had no door. Rose handled the estimate process and was responsive and friendly. The install ended up being much more complicated than expected because the existing glass was not plumb and had to be moved. Despite this, the crew was extremely professional and handled the tricky job without complaint. The result looks amazing and price was reasonable and fair. Yes, it took a long time to get my backsplash installed (thanks COVID & supply chain issues), but last Friday two guys came over and installed two beautiful backsplashes (one behind the sink and one behind the oven). The installation guys were SO nice and SO professional. They were respectful of my house, and were careful not to accidentally let me door-dasher cat outside. Chad and his team were responsive and helpful along the process. I have a very special shaped table top which needed a replacement glass piece cut for it. Chad gave me a few different options and seamlessly arranged to have someone come to measure/template it and then after it was done, was able to accommodate me on a delivery date at my request.
