These guys are great… Mike Parks took care of mY car above and beyond the norm. He fixed my back window when everybody else told me it could be fixed. He made me feel like my business was important to him. Charlene was a great help too getting me checked in on Monday, and keeping good communication with me through the day on Tuesday. I recommend Precision Glass for the work that they do and the good honest people that work for them. These guys deserve more than five stars, but that was the maximum I could click.

Unbelievably quick service! They not only replaced my windshield in less than an afternoon, the folks at Precision Glass went above and beyond and replaced (without additional charge) the windshield wiper that was missing after my car was injured. Customer service was outstanding! Will certainly visit them again; hopefully under better circumstances next time.
I had a small crack and had been ignoring it for a couple of weeks. Last week it headed all the way across my windshield. Ugggh! I stopped by Precision Glass and they really responded. They could have changed it that day, but I chose to schedule it two days later. I dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up at noon. Perfect, good as new, and everyone was very friendly. Thank you for excellent customer service!
Very pleased with the service & quality!
A true class act at this place. Took my F-150 in to get a chip repaired and they handled the claim with my insurance company and the whole nine yards. I didn't have to lift a finger to do anything. Everyone I came into contact with was very courteous. After the repair, wasn't happy that the chip was still visible so they again contacted my insurance company and did all the legwork to get approval of full windshield replacement.
