I dropped off a vintage mirror to have the mirror replaced and also asked to have the original backing reattached. They said that wasn’t a problem and had me pay in advance. When I picked up the mirror, the backing had a couple of pieces of masking tape holding it on. One of the pieces even covered the hanging bracket. **See the picture in the comments.

My car is 17 yrs old and of course they don’t make my windshield anymore. Their customer service was great, especially Ashley. She went way beyond to get me a windshield! It’s not often you get ok customer service but this was AWESOME customer service. I would recommend them and use them again.... hopefully I won’t have to.
