Scheduled a time for first stop. No one showed up called the store and was told that I didn't have first stop and that they wouldn't be able to get it till after the weekend. Very poor office work and scheduling. Will not go back and will not send anyone to them.
Had windshield installed and tech broke my cowl panel. Claimed it and being brittle but the dumbass never removed the screws holding it on. Now get no response, no return emails not calls. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time!!!! Everyone beware!!!!

PRECISION GLASS did an excellent job on my husband's car. They reattach the back window of his Mustang when other companies were saying that it could not be done. The staff was very friendly and very informative. Thank you again for the work that you did.
