JR the installer was great. Manual, who provided the estimate, either did not keep good notes, or lost them, as the est. went up when I called back.
The technician was late but the company did not call me; I called them and they confirmed his lateness. We really liked the person, but the installed price for a new motor and track of over $500 seems high, and they did not carry away the old unit; I must dispose of it myself.
The price was $25 more than what was quoted over the telephone. That's why there was a fair rating for communication.
The install is scheduled for 2 weeks from now... I will rate the contractor at that time.
Door was never fixed. They charged the debit card twice and then refused to come back out and fix the door. Door still does not work. Contacted owner - never respoonded. Do not recommend
