Did a Professional Job.
They did a great job, it was a little pricey for the parts.
Sold house, then garage door stated acting up. - would go up but not come down unless holding button on wall. Needed to get any repairs completed as quickly as possible. Submitted request around 10 PM the night before on Home Advisor and received a call the next morning before 9 AM indicating that same day service was available which worked for me. Gave me a window of two hours and they were at my house by 10 AM from Laurel and I am in Ft. Washington. Sam was my service person. Nice young man. He checked it and found that wh... read more
Everyone was professional . My only complaint was the door was not in when the installers were told it was. My garage stuff was out in the rain while waiting- unnecessary stress but everything worked out.

They were very responsive and very quick. They were very neat and careful (the tech was wonderful!!) They told me exactly what the charge was going to be for the work to fix my broken spring before they did it and what my option was to replace the broken garage door opener. Unfortunately since both had gone I had to at least do the springs so I could get the door up and my car out. They were good in every way - customer service was also wonderful.
