Adam was our service person. He did a thorough inspection of our garage door system components. He determined that the torsion springs were weakening and weren’t adequately supporting our door which is a heavy one. Also, he identified fraying on the cables as well as some metal shavings under a cable drum indicating excessive wear on the bearings. We had all the aforementioned parts replaced. Broke a garage door spring. Called Precision and was able to get a tech out the following day. Adam arrived on time and was very professional. We wen over some options and came up with what would be the best resolution. Would definitely work with this company again.
