I wake up, get ready, go to open the garage and what do I find out? The springs broke. I called precision and they had a window for someone to come in the morning! I was super grateful! I had the pleasure of meeting Chuck who I felt was an extremely honest and down to earth guy. The technician that arrived at our home was genuine, down to earth. When I told him I wanted to take a moment to discuss the quote, he gave me the entire iPad to review with my spouse.
