Their prices are way too high. I had them come out to fix a broken spring on our garage door. It took them about 30 minutes, and they charged over $850. When I reached out to the owner for an explanation of why the price was so high, they replied that it's the 'overhaul' package, and they set the price. He didn't explain why a spring + a few pieces would be so expensive.
Really good response time. Damaged the door on Monday and had it replaced by Thursday. I was shocked!! ******************* did a great job of coming in and getting the job done. He removed and replaced the old double door in 3 hours, and that was with me chatting with him most of that time. That was two weeks ago and the door is working flawlessly. Thanks

*** was great. On time, very friendly, polite and explained everything to us well. He left the garage better than he found it and finished faster than I had expected.
******************************* was fantastic. Got a flat tire on the way to our home. Risked life and limb to fix it himself so we wouldn't have to reschedule our install. Paired his lovely and gregarious personality with expertise and total professionalism for a perfect installation of our new door. He's got to be Precision's best! Thank you, **** and Precision. You have customers, or at least a good referral, for life!
These guys ****. Made appointment to have garage door spring replaced. They were supposed to be here between noon and two o'clock. Never showed up and didn't even call to say they weren't coming. Needless to say I have someone else coming to fix it. Never seen such poor customer ********************** ever!
