From first contact to clean up and go home, this crew did what they said for the price they quoted in the time agreed to. I can't say fairer than that. They were what I needed and I would not hesitate to recommend them to other homeowners.

This company came out to fix my garage door and try to upsell me multiple times. Their quote to fix my door was much more than I knew it should be so I told them no thank you Talked to two other companies who said their quote was much higher than it should have been. I just got my door fixed for less than half of what this company quoted me. Be aware that this company will try to upsell you. Make sure you get other quotes if you doubt what they are telling you

I'd call Precision Garage Door Service again if needed, and recommend them to others. DJ was a top flight technician who answered my service call, did the job efficiently and made sure I understood what I needed to do for upkeep. There was no pressure for more visits from him. Do my part oiling the various parts and have maintenance from them again in 5 years.
