Mike was a great installer and everything went perfectly. Would definitely use precision again.
My door was so mangled I thought it may need to be replaced. Mike was out the same day, a Saturday no less, and had it fixed in a hour. He said he could get it functional but may not look good, which was not true. Thanks to Mike it looks and operates as good as the day it was installed. He is a true craftsman.
I called Mike to put a roll up metal door into a small warehouse building. he put me on his calendar because I was out of town. He remembered the appointment and called me the day before. He showed up on time, gave me a quote on site and put the door in in the same day. Amazing service. Amazing responsiveness to phone calls. Mike had inventory immediately available in stock… and he beat the quote I got from overhead door.
