I called to make an appointment and received a time for the following day. Nick was the representative and he explained what needed to be considered, and what could be seen to at a later date. I decided to have it all done and am very happy to have a quiet garage door now. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. He had a great disposition and did a stellar job.
Jacob did an excellent job diagnosing my problem and fix it.
Jacob was very friendly and professional. My only complaint is the cost of repair. I was charged over $700 to install 2 torsion springs that cost approximately $130 each.
