I was very happy with Precision Garage Door. From the initial call I made I did not have to wait on hold for a long time. Once my call was answered I told Brandon what was going on with my garage door not opening Brandon I told him that I needed to have someone come out and fix it. Brandon told me that he could have a technician out that same day between 4-8. I told him fantastic. The technician Rydge called me and said he was on his way and would be here in 20 mins.
