Highly recommend Precision for the following reasons... Appointments were readily available and easy to make online for next-day service. Communication was great and included automated emails/texts when tech was on his way and had arrived. Tech (Tim) was top tier, explained everything clearly, was respectful, and worked efficiently to get the job done in no time at all.
We were most please with every aspect of replacing our new garage door. Charlie, the tech and sales person was wonderful - polite, efficient, explained everything. The installer - so sorry, forgot his name, but he, too, was wonderful - pleasant, polite, efficent, personal, and very neat! Thanks to both !!!!
