Precision Garage Doors technician Jeff Bhelm came out to service my request for a garage door today, August 13, 2025 for remote opener replacement. He said he was required to inspect my garage door too. He showed me "three (3) small metal cracks" inside the door when raised and said they could pose a safety hazard if not replaced. Needed a new garage door opener and ended up having the garage door hinges, springs and rollers replaced as well. The technician Dylan was outstanding. Explained everything that could be done, left it up to me, and things that should be done. He was fast, efficient and went above and beyond what was required. Steller service. Highly recommend this company for any garage door needs.
Pat Stevens came through for the win. Diagnosis and communication was clear and explained well. Pat knows all the tricks of a pro and tuned up my 20 year old garage door. A lot of moving parts were well worn out , but he had all the correct parts and options at hand to replace them. Well worth the cost and effort. Other garage door installers had budged up the job , Pat corrected these mistakes and resolved every issue
