My husband and I are very disappointed with the service we have received from Precision Flooring. We have had three appointments with Precision to have someone come out to fix our floors that they installed and each time we have been stood up. We have tried contacting the office and the owner repeatedly, but have heard nothing back. This has been a terrible customer service experience.
