Dr Piotrowski is one of the most caring doctors I have met. He is truly a man that cares about his patients and takes time to explain things thoroughly as well as welcoming questions to assure understanding. During my procedure, his kindness continued as he communicated clearly what he was doing and was mindful often to ask how I was doing. I had put a deposit of $500 with Dr Piotrowski to have some procedures done. Refundable within 48 hours of the procedure. 2+ months prior to the appointment I decided not to have the procedures done. I was told it would be 4-6 weeks for a refund which seemed excessive. That was around Aug 15th of this year. To date, no refund. I have received a voicemail asking if there was an issue and they would like to discuss it. The issue is, you are holding my money and I want it back. Simple enough.

Dr. Adam saw issues that no other dental consultation found, he is an excellent dentist, he earned my trust! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new dentist. He took the time to explain everything to me, answer all of my questions, and then made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process! I would definitely recommend Dr. Adam Piotrowski to anyone looking for a new dentist. He is a excellent naturopathic/bio dentist and a great person.
