I have taken both my sons and myself to this place it was a wonderful place to go till today!!! Their customer service sucks! Especially the fat girl with the attitude! After giving this place over $900 for 3 visits and complete glasses they would not even help me exchange my frames that were sold to me way to big! There was only 1 lady who actually tried to help me! Dr. Reynolds is a very nice Dr. but his employees are the worst! He needs to hire some new help. 12/10/13 I took my daughter back here bc she was having problems with her vision, attempted to give them a chance to redeem themselves & help her, they set up an appt, we drove all the way up to their office to be turned away by Debbie & some chick was recording the conversation, as if it was that serious. I should have known better then to think they could provide actual customer service 8 months later. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE, EXTREMELY RUDE PERSONNEL! Very RUDE front line service. That one girl has been there long enough to know how to make the customer happy! She is down on anyone who has Medicare/Medicaid. Office lady in back just as rude! Would NEVER go back even if it was FREE!!! Pass the word so others don't have to be disrespected! I am hearing alot about this place!! Not good things either! BEWARE
