EZGO EH352C Rebuild - Started off good with call to Thomas. He provided very detailed instructions on shipping and disassembly. Take everything off the engine. Anything you leave on will cost way more than you expect. Packing super important and very hard to adequately pack these small heavy engines. Part of the casing was broken in shipment to PE-STI. They welded it but the weld broke in shipping back to me. After some hassle they sent me a free replacement. Timing of the repair was slow with many rebuilds ahead of mine. Af... read more

Took a long time to get my motor back. When it got here it had a head on it that I didn't ask for. They don't keep the customer updated of what is going on. I had to pay another guy here in Minnesota to take the head off so could send it back, that cost me $500.00 extra, on top of the over $5000.00 I had paid to these guys. They didn't seal up and tighten the oil pan, so once I put my Turbo on the motor, it blew oil everywhere. The owner won't return my calls, has others that know nothing do it. Talked to someone named Thomas on marketplace who had the engine I needed for my Golf cart listed. He said that I have to send in a core and they would send me one back. I told him I was local and prefer to deal in person rather than ship. He gave me a phone number and told me to call and that the person would be happy to address any questions or concerns. This place is a SCAM!!! Sent them 1100 and a core to do a rebuild as the ad said on ebay two months into the process they say they want another 1100 to complete the rebuild and send it back when asking to cancel the order they said they required up to $400 as a cancelation fee. All they had to say they few times we were able to get a hold of them throughout the few months was we didn't read the ad wich is completely ludicrous as no were in the add did it say we were going to have to pay over twice as much as the listed $900.... read more
