Dr Dugan was so caring, explained everything, very easy to talk and ask questions.
Best dentist experience I’ve ever had even with it being a root canal. Other dentists have ignored any pains I have even when verbalized, don’t explain anything and act like I owe them something. Dr. Cook(I think was his name) was the best! He took time to explain things, answer my questions and reassure me at every turn. I actually had an incredibly high anxiety level going in.
