These guys were such a pleasure to work with after the nightmare experience I had with Power Rooter - that "plumber" broke my kitchen water turnoff and had the audacity to say that it would cost ME $250 to get it fixed. I pointed out that he broke the turnoff (and did not even identify the cause of the problem) and he said that it didn't matter, I would still have to pay for it.
