Professional and very organized. This business seems very well run, from the first call everyone I worked with was professional and very organized. They repair man came on time, fixed my furnace and was very polite.
We were happy Precision got it fixed so quickly. Our heater broke on the coldest day of the year and Precision Plumbing came to our house, quickly figured out the issue, had the part needed for repair in his truck and got our heater running within an hour. We had called a few other heating contractors before we got in touch with Precision and they couldn't guarantee they would have the right parts and might need to come back, blah blah, so we were happy Precison got it fixed so quickly.
