As a troubleshooter for one of Arizona's largest cotton seed oil mills, Virgil "fine tuned" his repair skills of heavy duty electrical and mechanical equipment. The entrepreneurial spirit in Virgil led to the establishment of Precision Electric at 1822 E. Jackson Street where he repaired mechanical and electrical equipment.
