Justin W. came here on Sunday to check our broken garage door..it was bent and wouldn't close. We needed a new door - he was so professional, explained all the pricing and details of the new door and how the process works. We were very impressed with him and he represented the company very well
Our garage door became very noisy and began spitting out rollers (not a good thing!), so I called Precision. They sent someone out the same day, which was amazing. Even more unusual, the tech actually called before he came, and arrived right on time---a rarity around here. The tech (Justin) was professional and extremely proficient at the repairs needed.
